Entry-Level Nokia Lumia 530 Unveiled
Nokia and Microsoft just unveiled the most affordable Lumia smartphone to date: the Nokia Lumia 530. It comes in single-SIM and dual-SIM variants, and is expected to cost as low as $115 before taxes and subsidies. It basically retains the features of its predecessor, the Lumia 520, which has a 4-inch display, 512MB RAM, and 4GB storage (expandable via microSD card slot). However, it upgrades on the processor, which is now a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200. The display resolution has also been bumped up a bit for a 16:9 aspect ratio, and it will come with Windows Phone 8.1 out-of-the-box. There is also Nokia Drive+ for worldwide offline navigation.Image by Nokia |
