Samsung Announces Galaxy Note Pro and Tab Pro Tablets
Samsung has unveiled 4 new tablets at this year's CES. These include the Pro versions of the Galaxy Note and the Galaxy Tab line-up. All 4 tablets feature flagship specs that are very similar to one another.
All 4 also have Wi-Fi only and 3G/4G versions.

The most premium of the bunch is the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, which is actually a larger version of the Galaxy Note 10.1. It has
a 12.2-inch Super Clear LCD of WQXGA resolution and comes with S-Pen support. It features the new Multi Window split-screen option, which allows you to
work with up to 4 apps simultaneously. It is powered by
either a Snapdragon 800 chipset (LTE version) or an Exynos 5 Octa (3G version). The tablet runs on
Android 4.4 KitKat and has 3GB RAM. Samsung has also enabled RemotePC with the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, wherein you can control your computer from the tablet or
control the tablet through the computer. You also get the Cisco WebEx Meetings for
conferencing and Samsung e-Meetings for collaboration. The tablet has an 8-MP primary camera and a bigger 9,500mAh
battery. Storage is either 32GB or 64GB, but is expandable via a microSD card.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro, on the other hand, will come in three sizes – 12.2", 10.1" and 8.4".
The flagship 12.2-inch model's specs is identical to that of the Galaxy Note Pro
12.2 tablet. Their only difference is the former's lack of the S-Pen support.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has the same 12.2-inch WQXGA screen, Snapdragon 800 or Exynos 5
Octa chipset option with 3GB RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat, 8-MP primary camera with 1080p
@ 60fps video capture, 32GB/64GB storage with microSD card slot, and
even the same 9,500mAh battery of the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2. Like the Note Pro, it will also get the Ultimate User Content Gift Package.

Below the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, which has a 10.1-inch Super Clear LCD with 2,560 x
1,600 resolution. It has 2GB RAM, 16/32GB storage with microSD slot, and a slightly smaller battery capacity of 8,220mAh.

The smallest of the three Galaxy Tab Pros is the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, which has an 8.4-inch Super Clear LCD of 2,560 x 1,600
resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 800 with LTE connectivity. Obviously, it has a smaller battery of 4,800 mAh.
