HTC Desire 826 Packs 64-Bit Snapdragon 615 Chipset

A new smartphone has been launched by Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer HTC this year at the CES. It is the Desire 826, which is an updated version of it predecessor, the Desire 820. It comes with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset (CPU clocking at 1.7GHz), 2GB RAM, and a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD display. It also packs a 13-MP main camera and a 4-MP UltraPixel front camera. A 2,600mAh battery powers the whole phablet. The HTC Desire 826 runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with the latest HTC Sense on top. Other features include HTC's BoomSound speakers (with Dolby Audio included) as well as HTC EYE Experience. There's no word yet on its pricing but it will first be available in the Asia-Pacific region.
