This means that the Apple iPad Air will come out with a much thinner side
bezel, making the device more compact. The iPad Air would also be narrower than the iPad 4. The leaked images also reveal that the iPad Air will have a
separate volume up and down buttons rather than a single volume rocker
button.

Speaking of the iPad mini, its successor, the iPad mini 2 will retain the body of its predecessor. Externally, the only major change is the Apple logo at the back.
While the current iPad mini worked with a
printed logo, the photo shows that the Apple logo would be made plastic or some sort of material that would allow
wireless signals to travel through uninhibited. The iPad Air would also sport the same plastic Apple logo at the back.
