Alcatel Showcases MOVE Series of Wearables

Alcatel showcased a new series of smart wearables, which includes the MOVEBand, MOVETime WiFi Watch, MOVETrack and MOVE Track&Talk. The Alcatel MOVEBand is a smartband that uses a dedicated application to track physical activities like distance traveled, pace, calories and sleeping patterns. Then we have the Alcatel MOVETime WiFi Watch, which is a smartwatch that enables users to make and receive calls directly from device. Users can also read emails, SMS and reminders through it and can be used to track physical activities and sleeping patterns.

Meanwhile, the Alcatel MOVETrack is a portable GPS tracker, which features real-time tracking for up to 4 days of standby time. It comes with a dedicated app called Virtual Fence, which provides users with notifications when an item enters or leaves a pre-defined safe zone. Then there is the Alcatel MOVE Track&Talk, which is designed for kids. It allows parents to track the location of their children. The wearable features five speed-dial numbers for quick calling and 10 pre-defined contacts in case of emergency. Pricing of these four smart wearables has yet to be announced but they will all be available this September 2016.
