Huawei Ascend GX1 Phablet Goes Official

The Huawei Ascend GX1 is a new midrange phablet offering from the Chinese electronics juggernaut. It packs a 6-inch IPS 720p HD display with an 80.5% screen-to-body ratio. That is impressive considering this is not a flagship phablet from the company. It measures 161 mm x 84.5 mm x 9.2 mm and weighs 173g. It is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset with a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of expandable internal storage. It also has an 8-MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2-MP front-facing camera. It supports LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and has dual-SIM capability. A 3,500 mAh battery powers the phablet. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Huawei's Emotion UI on top.
