Lenovo A7000 Features Dolby ATMOS Sound

Lenovo also took the wraps off another smartphone: the A7000. It is an affordable Android handset equipped with Dolby Atmos - the new surround sound tech for mobile. It is said to be the first smartphone to sport such feature.

The Lenovo A7000 features a 5.5-inch 720p HD display with wide viewing angles, a 1.5 GHz MediaTek "true" octa-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage. It is also a dual-SIM device with LTE connectivity. In the camera department, it packs an 8-MP rear shooter with dual LED flash and a 5-MP front-facing camera. Lenovo managed to stuff a 2,900 mAh Li-Po battery in a 7.9 mm thin polycarbonate chassis. Retailing for $170, the Lenovo A7000 will be available in several colors.
