Moto Turbo is India's Moto Maxx

The Moto Turbo has finally been launched by Motorola in India through Flipkart and costs $699. Well, it's a flagship smartphone, hence its hefty price tag. Specs-wise, the Motorola Moto Turbo is essentially the same as the Moto Maxx (its international variant) and Droid Turbo (a Verizon exclusive).

The Moto Turbo packs a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution. It is powered by a quad-core 2.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It offers a 21-MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and 8x digital zoom, and a 2-MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The Moto Turbo also features what is called the Hall Effect sensor and a smorgasbord of other more common sensors. It is LTE-ready and equipped with a huge 3,900 mAh battery. It is waterproof with its back panel being made of ballistic nylon. It runs nearly stock Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
