Oppo A53 Packs Snapdragon 615 Chipset

The Oppo A53 is now official and it comes with a magnesium alloy build. It packs with a 5.5-inch display of 1080p Full HD resolution. Ticking inside is a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chipset with 2GB RAM, Adreno 405 GPU, and 16GB of expandable internal storage. The A53 phablet also has a 13-MP primary camera with LED flash and a 5-MP front-facing shooter.

Its connectivity suite includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, LTE, and dual-SIM support. A 3,075 mAh battery will keep its lights on and the battery supports VOCC rapid charging. The Oppo A53 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the Color OS 2.1 on top. There's no information yet on pricing and availability.
