Vivo X6 & X6 Plus: AMOLED Display + 4GB RAM

The Vivo X6 and X6 Plus have gone official and both look eerily similar to the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. Made of anodized magnesium alloy, the Vivo X6 packs a 5.2-inch AMOLED display while the Vivo X6 Plus comes with a 5.7-inch AMOLED display. Both have a 1080p Full HD resolution and are powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor with a whopping 4GB RAM. Both smartphones also offer expandable storages with the Vivo X6 packing 32GB of internal storage and the Vivo X6 Plus packing 64GB of internal storage.

Imaging-wise, both Vivo devices come with a 13-MP primary camera with an LED flash, phase detection auto-focus, and an f/2.2 aperture. Meanwhile, an 8-MP camera can be found in front. Both the Vivo X6 and X6 Plus also come with the same connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, LTE, and dual-SIM support. Both also have a rear fingerprint scanner and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the FunTouch OS on top.

The main difference between the two devices can be found in their battery capacity and audio technology. The Vivo X6 packs a modest 2,400 mAh battery while the X6 Plus comes with 3,000 mAh battery. Both support fast charging though. The Vivo X6 Plus also uses a high-end ES9028 DAC audio chip, an ES9603 amplifier, and a YAMAHA YSS-205X digital surround sound chip while the Vivo X6 only has an Asahi Kaisei AK4375A audio chip.

Like the Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, the Vivo X6 and Vivo X6 Plus will be available in three colors: gold, silver, and rose gold. The former will retail for $390 while the latter would sell for $469. Interested?
