LG X Screen & X Cam Midrange Smartphones

LG announced a duo of midrange smartphones from its upcoming X series: the X Screen and the X Cam. Both smartphones will sport features borrowed from LG's flagship smartphones but at a fraction of their cost. The LG X Screen, like the V10, comes with a secondary display which always stays on, allowing users to check information such as time, date, and other notifications. Apart from that, the X Screen has a fiber glass back with curved edges. Its main display is 4.93 inches wide and has a 720p HD resolution. It is powered by a quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. It also has a 13-MP primary camera and an 8-MP selfie snapper. A 2,300 mAh battery will keep its lights on and the smartphone will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with the latest LG UX on top. It will be available in black, white, and pink gold color options.

Meanwhile, the LG X Cam offers a larger display at 5.2 inches wide and has a 1080p Full HD resolution. It is also powered by a quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. While the X Screen comes with a dual screen, the X Cam comes with a dual rear camera setup, which consists of a 13-MP lens and another 5-MP 120-degree wide angle lens, similar to the setup on the LG G5 but of a lower resolution. An 8-MP secondary shooter can be found in front of the LG X Cam. A 2,520 mAh battery will keep its lights on and it will also run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with the latest LG UX on top. It will be available in titan silver, white, gold, and pink gold color options.
