ZTE AXON 7 Mini Introduced at IFA 2016

A new ZTE device has been announced at this year's IFA. It's the AXON 7 Mini. Not exactly a mini as it features a 5.2-inch AMOLED display of 1080p Full HD resolution. Under the hood is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chipset with 3GB RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage. Software-wise, it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

When it comes to photography, the ZTE AXON 7 Mini is equipped with a 16-MP rear camera with an f/1.9 aperture, phase detection auto-focus, and an LED flash. There's an 8-MP camera in front for video calls and selfies. In terms of connectivity, the new ZTE device supports LTE and hybrid dual-SIM slots. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner below the camera. A relatively large 2,705 mAh battery will power the said phone and it comes with Qualcomm's Quick Charge technology. Perhaps, its best feature is the dedicated audio processor from Asahi Kasei Microdevices, which powers the dual front-facing stereo speakers of the smartphone. The AXON 7 Mini will come in Iron Gold and Platinum Gray color variants and will retail this September 2016 for about $300 in the US, the Middle East, Europe, India, and parts of the Asia-Pacific region.

Til then...
