Samsung Gear VR: Virtual Reality Wearable

Samsung's virtual reality headset, the Gear VR, is finally official. It is a result of a partnership between Samsung and Oculus. The Gear VR is described as a virtual reality headset with world class resolution and performance, all on a completely mobile platform. It makes use of the Galaxy Note 4's 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display for mobile visuals, and is built with soft, flexible cushioning and lightweight materials. It will have sensors like accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and one for proximity. The goggles will be available in white.
