Huawei P8 Max and P8 Lite Smartphones in Tow
Along with the launch of the Huawei P8 came two more devices: the P8 Max phablet and the P8 Lite smartphone. Huawei P8 Max is an over-sized version of the P8 as it packs a 6.8-inch display of 1080p Full HD resolution. It also retains the metal unibody (aviation grade aluminum) of its smaller sibling. It is also powered by the same 64-bit octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 930 processor that came with the P8. There is also 3GB RAM and 16GB or 64GB of expandable internal storage.![]() |

Meanwhile, Huawei has also launched the P8 Lite, which is smaller than the P8 flagship smartphone and the most affordable of the P8 line of devices. Packing a slightly smaller 5-inch display of 720p HD resolution, the Huawei P8 Lite lacks the metal unibody of its larger siblings. It's also thicker at 7.7 mm thin (still thin anyway) and with midrange specs. It comes with a 64-bit octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. It has a 13-MP main camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5-MP front-facing camera. Connectivity options still include dual-SIM and LTE support. It has a relatively small 2,200 mAh battery and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box with the EMUI on top.
