YuFit to Challenge the Xiaomi Mi Band

The YuFit smartband is the company's answer to the Xiaomi Mi Band. Priced at just $16, it will give the latter a run for its money. Marketed not only as a typical smartband, which monitors steps and sleeping patterns, the YuFit has a built-in calorie counter for Indian food. It packs a small OLED display, which shows alerts for calls, messages, and other data. It will come with the HealthifyMe app, which tracks calorie intake and offers recommendations on the go. In addition, the first 1,000 YuFit users will get free personal training services.

Along with the YuFit, Yu has introduced the HealthYu cassette, which tracks a lot more data like ECG, heart rate, respiration rate, blood oxygen saturation, skin temperature, among others. It is not a wearable however.
