Microsoft just announced the Nokia 222, one of its few devices that still use the Nokia moniker. The Nokia 222 is basically a candy bar feature phone aimed at value phone buyers. There is nothing special when it comes to specs like its 2.4-inch display with a paltry 120 x 160 pixel resolution. It, however, runs Nokia Series 30+ platform and is bundled with apps likes Opera Mini browser, Facebook, and Twitter. It also comes with a 2-MP rear camera, FM radio, MP3 player, microSD card slot, and an LED flashlight.

A 1,100 mAh battery will keep the Nokia 222 going. Microsoft said that the battery can last through 20 hours of talk time and more than 20 days of standby time. It will also come in single SIM and dual-SIM configurations. The Nokia 222 will come in black and white color variants and will cost just $37. Any potential buyers?
