Alcatel Unveils OneTouch Idol 3C & OneTouch PIXI First
Alcatel has also unveiled its upper midrange OneTouch Idol 3C and the entry-level OneTouch PIXI First. The Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3C packs a 5.5-inch IPS LCD of 1080p Full HD resolution utilizing the Technicolor Color Enhance technology. It is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. A 13-MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash adorns its back while an 8-MP camera can be found in front.

Among its unique features are its completely symmetrical top and bottom part, meaning the UI can be viewed upside down. It also has JBL-branded stereo speakers rated at 1.2 watts, which features Harman Clari-Fi technology. Its price is expected to hover around $250.

Meanwhile, Alcatel made sure that all price points are covered by its newest set of OneTouch smartphones. Meet the Alcatel OneTouch PIXI First. It has a 4-inch display of 480 x 800 pixel resolution and a quad-core Spreadtrum 7731 chipset with 512MB RAM and 4GB of expandable internal storage. It has a 5-MP primary camera with LED flash, also capable of recording 1080p Full HD videos, and a 2-MP selfie snapper. It has 3G and dual-SIM connectivity. It will run Android Lollipop out of the box and a 1,450 mAh battery will keep its lights on. It will be offered in four colors: Soft Slate, Metal Silver, Metal Gold, and Rose Gold. There's no information yet on pricing and availability but it should be very cheap.
