Huawei Honor 8 Goes the Dual Camera Route

Huawei took the wraps off the Honor 8, which is the latest flagship device from the company's more affordable sub-brand. The Honor 8 comes with a 5.2-inch display of 1080p Full HD resolution. Under the hood is an octa-core Kirin 950 chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top. In terms of imaging, the Huawei Honor 8 comes with a dual 12-MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and dual-tone, dual-LED flash. There's also an 8-MP camera in front.

Connectivity-wise, the Honor 8 comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, LTE, and hybrid dual-SIM support. It also makes use of USB Type-C. Thankfully, the 3.5 mm headset jack is still present and a fingerprint scanner can also be found at the back. A large 3,000 mAh battery will keep its lights on. It will comes in five color options: Pearl White, Sunrise Gold, Midnight Black, Sakura Pink, and Sapphire Blue and also in more affordable variants. Its pricing starts at $298 all the way to $373.
