Google Play $0.25 Apps Up For Grabs!

Google Play, formerly known as Android Market, has achieved another milestone - that is 25 billion app downloads to be exact (and counting). And to celebrate that, Google will be running a series of discounts for many top paid apps over the week. A little shy of 700,000, the Google Play Store now has 675,000 apps in its repository.

Google has partnered with Gameloft, Electronic Arts, Rovio, runtastic, Full Fat, and other top developers to run some limited-time discounted app offers. All of these participating applications will be sold for $0.25 (roughly PhP10) each, with a new selection every day.

Aside from apps, there will be discounts on other stuff that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. These include ebooks, movies, magazines, music, and whatnot! 

By the way, the discounts start today. Make sure you have your VISA or MasterCard ready!
