Restaurant Review: The Burger Project

The Burger Project is an American restaurant located in the famous Maginhawa Street in Quezon City. You can create your own burger (by choosing your bun, patty, toppings, and sauce) and name it only at The Burger Project.

The restaurant is kinda small can only accommodate about 20 people max. There's nothing fancy about its interiors but there's air-conditioning. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. It took us 10 minutes before we were able to secure seats. Basically, the waiter will provide you will a checklist of your preferred specialty burger or whatever food or drink you want to order. Once done filling out the form, you can now go to the cashier and pay for the food. Their servers there are a mixed bag. Some are courteous but others are rude.

When it comes to food, they serve American dishes. You can create your own burger or order pre-made ones. They also serve fries, shakes, and some other desserts. Of course, we ordered burgers and tried all their patties...beef, angus beef, chicken, and chori. Waiting time for food orders averages at 15-20 mins. The ones we ordered are really good except for the chori burger. Their Pino Iced Tea is good too. I'm not really sure if they have their own restroom or even just a sink to wash hands.

The Burger Project is perfect for families, students, and group of friends who love to experiment with their food, specifically burgers. Budget needed is about PhP200-300 per person. It is open daily from 9 AM until 12 AM. They accept walk-ins and take-outs. Parking is available outside the restaurant and on the street. The Burger Project also has branches in Jupiter Street in Makati and at Taft, Manila.
