Nokia Oyj to Become Microsoft Mobile Oy

As the Microsoft-Nokia deal comes to a close, Microsoft has started sending out communications to its customers and suppliers regarding Nokia's change of name and address. After acquiring Nokia's handset division, Nokia Oyj or Nokia Corporation will now be named Microsoft Mobile Oyj (Microsoft Mobile Ltd). Nokia's Finnish HQ has also moved to another address.

However, Microsoft confirmed to suppliers that current terms and conditions that they have with Nokia’s Devices and Services business will not change and that business should continue as usual.
