The Fitness-Centric Adidas miCoach Fit Smart

Adidas has announced a smart wearable device called the miCoach Fit Smart. It is not a smartwatch but more of a smartband for training, sports, and fitness. It is also not a lifestyle tracker so it is not directly competing with the Nike FuelBand.

The Adidad miCoach Fit Smart has a sleek, futuristic look that comes with a heart-rate monitor and fitness-centric software. It will monitor the amount of calories you burn and distance you run, among others. It will retail for $199 in mid-August and will work with the Adidas miCoach app that will be available on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
