HTC Desire 626 to Compete w/ Moto G
Probably inspired by the success of the Moto G series, HTC followed suit and released a potential Moto G-killer called the Desire 626. Priced at $189, it is indeed aiming to steal some market share from the Moto G.

Basically a midrange smartphone, the HTC Desire 626 packs a 5-inch display of 720p HD resolution. When it comes to processing power, there will be two variants: the China-bound device will sport an octa-core MediaTek processor while the North American and European version comes with a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB RAM and 16B of internal expandable storage. There's a 5-MP camera and dual speakers in front of the device while a 13-MP camera with LED flash can be found
at the back. Other notable features include LTE and NFC connectivity, along with Dot View case compatibility.

The HTC Desire 626 runs Android KitKat with the Sense UI out of the box and is expected to be updated to Android Lollipop. This midrange smartphone measures 146.9 mm x 70.9 mm x 8.19 mm and packs a 2,000 mAh battery.
