Alcatel's OneTouch GO Play & GO Watch

At IFA 2015, Alcatel also unveiled the OneTouch GO Play smartphone and the GO Watch. Both devices are aimed at users with active lifestyle. The OneTouch GO Play smartphone actually comes with water and dust resistance and is shock-proof at the same time. It packs a 5-inch TFT display of 720p HD resolution and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 CPU with 1GB RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage. It has an 8-MP auto-focus primary camera and 5-MP front-facing snapper. Powered by a 2,500 mAh battery, the OneTouch GO Play runs Android Lollipop out of the box and comes with extra features such as an FM Radio, 1-finger zoom, and apps like Periscope, Vine, and Zello. The smartphone will come in eight colors with matching waterproof headsets and protective cases.

Meanwhile, the Alcatel GO Watch also matches the waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof properties of the OneTouch GO Play smartphone. Aside from that, the smartwatch comes with a 1.22-inch circular IPS LCD of 240 x 240 resolution. A Cortex M4-based CPU powers it together with a 225 mAh battery. It does not run Android Wear but is compatible with Android 4.3 and iOS 7 or above devices. Like most smartwatches, it does notifications, monitors heart rate, and more.
