Gionee P7 w/ Android Marshmallow to Cost $150

Gionee has formally launched the P7 smartphone, which is budget handset with very generic specifications. Gionee P7 packs a 5-inch display of 720p HD resolution, which is protected by Soda Lime Glass. Ticking inside is a quad-core MediaTek processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the Amigo OS 3.2 on top.

When it comes to photography, the Gionee P7 comes with a rather measly 8-MP primary camera with an LED flash and a 5-MP secondary camera, which features a screen flash. Connectivity-wise, the phone features LTE, with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. A rather small 2,300 mAh battery will also keep its lights on. The Gionee P7 will first be available in India and will come in White, Gold, and Gray color variants. For all these, the P7 will retail for a rather steep $150.
