How to Deal with Depression S01E17 - The Philippines got startled when news broke that the drummer of rock band Razorback, Brian Velasco, committed suicide and recorded it via Facebook Live. While it's not clear yet what made him do the act, many assumed that it could be due to depression. On this vlog episode, I will tackle depression - my experience with it and how to deal with it.
