Chat Heads and New UI Arrive on Facebook for iOS

After introducing Facebook Home to specific Android devices, Facebook is now bringing some of the new features to iOS, notably chat heads. With the latest update, your Facebook chats will now appear alongside the screen. Unlike that of Android, the chat heads cannot be seen outside of the Facebook app, which is a limitation of the iOS. Regardless, the chat heads still look cool on the screen.

Alongside the chat heads are the stickers on the iPhone, which are big emoticons that you can use in your chats, similar to the stickers on Viber. Other than that, both the iPhone, iPod touch, iPad mini, and iPad versions get a refreshed UI with a redesigned timeline similar to the desktop version of Facebook.
