The Budget-Friendly LG G Pro Lite

Wanted to buy the LG Optimus G Pro but don't have the budget? Good news! LG had just announced the G Pro Lite, which brings some Optimus G Pro experience, including the digital pen, in a more affordable package.

LG G Pro Lite packs a 5.5-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) LCD display with dual-core MediaTek MT6577 1.0GHz processor, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage, expandable through a microSD card. It runs on the slightly dated Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. An 8-MP rear camera with a backside-illuminated sensor and a 1.3-MP front-facing camera will take care of photography and video calls. The phablet measures 150.2 mm x 76.9 mm x 9.4 mm and weighs 161 grams.

It will be offered in single SIM and dual-SIM variants. The dual-SIM variant will have capacitive touch keys with a dedicated Hot Key for switching SIMs, whereas the single-SIM option features a regular home button. The G Pro Lite will be available this month in South America, followed by Russia, China, India, and various markets in the Middle East and Asia.
