Nokia Lumia 525 is Successor to the Lumia 520

The Nokia Lumia 520, without a doubt, is the best-selling Windows Phone 8 device in the market today. Finally, Nokia - or shall I say Microsoft - has launched its successor, the Lumia 525. It first popped up in a Chinese regulatory filing early in November but now it has been made official by the Finnish company.

It still sports the same 4-inch screen, 5-MP primary camera without flash, and dual-core Qualcomm MSM8227 processor. The Lumia 525 now has 1GB RAM instead of 512MB and swappable back covers. It is also now capable of running newer Lumia apps and those that require higher RAM. Other than these, its specifications are very much the same as the Lumia 520. Watch the promo video below:
