Meizu MX4 Comes w/ MediaTek's Octa-core Processor
Meizu MX4 had just been unveiled in Beijing and it is as feature-rich as it is affordable. It packs a
5.36-inch 1080p FullHD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Its display features 1100:1 contrast, 500cd/m2 brightness, and 85% NTSC color
gamut, which is said to be a first in the industry. It is powered by MediaTek’s
MT6595 octa-core processor which uses big.LITTLE architecture and PowerVR Series 6 for its GPU. There is 3GB RAM and 16GB, 32GB
or 64GB of internal storage, which is unfortunately non-expandable. The MX4 is relatively svelte, measuring 75.2 mm x
144 mm x 7.9 mm and weighing 147g.

It runs Android KitKat 4.4.4 with its proprietary Flyme OS on top. Its OS has some added features like the
voice assistant and reading center with recommendation articles. Imaging-wise, it comes with a 20.7-MP camera sensor from Sony, capable of shooting 4K videos at 30fps. There's also a 5-MP front-facing camera for selfies. As far as connectivity is concerned, it supports Cat.4 LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. Everything is powered by a 3,100 mAh non-removable battery.
