Alcatel OneTouch Flash Phablet

The Alcatel OneTouch Flash phablet has been launched at a special event in Thailand. it comes with a 5.5-inch 720p HD IPS display, a 13-MP rear camera with LED flash, and a 5-MP front-facing snapper. It measures 152.1 mm x 76.2 mm x 8.1 mm. It's powered by a MediaTek MT6592M chipset, which features a 1.4 GHz octa-core Cortex-A7 CPU. It also has 1GB RAM and 8GB of built-in storage, which is expandable via microSD card slot.


The Alcatel OneTouch Flash runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat and is powered by a beefy 3,200 mAh battery. There is no 4G LTE but it comes with dual-SIM functionality. Its pricing has not been announced yet but it will most likely compete with the Xiaomi Redmi Note and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo.
