Red Panda Bistro is a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Kapitolyo, Pasig City. It serves mainly Chinese and French (European) cuisine, with more than 90 menu items, ranging from dimsum to pasta to seafood and poultry. The restaurant banks on its East meets West feel and appeal, which is quite unique among the chain of restaurants in Kapitolyo.

For a Kapitolyo restaurant, Red Panda Bistro is definitely spacious. It is air-conditioned and well-lit but could be a little hot in the afternoon. It has a French inspired interior with bamboo adorned walls and greens planted around with sliding glass doors. They also have a restroom inside. In terms of staff, they have several and are very prompt in getting the orders and the bill.
Sesame Chicken, Chicken Shiitake Mushroom Siomai, Chinese Platter
We ordered the Chinese platter for appetizer, sesame chicken as the main entree, and the chicken shiitake mushroom siomai as a side dish. I can categorically say that the dimsum is good but I'm afraid I cannot say the same about the Chinese platter, and much worse the sesame chicken, which did not taste good at all. Waiting time is probably 15 to 20 minutes, which may be long if you are just eating there for lunch. The good news is that you can choose the serving size for almost all dishes. I highly suggest that you just order the ones you are familiar with so that you won't make the same mistake that I did.
Red Panda Bistro is perfect for families, young professionals, and groups of friends who can't decide if they want Chinese or French cuisine. Budget needed is about PhP300 per person on average. They accept cash and credit card transactions. They are open daily from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM. They accept reservations, walk-ins, and take-outs. Parking is available outside the restaurant and on the street.
