Gionee Pioneer P4S Smartphone for $125

The Gionee Pioneer P4S is another budget-friendly handset from the Chinese mobile phone company. It packs a 4.5-inch display of WVGA resolution and is powered by a MediaTek MT6582 chipset with quad-core 1.3GHz CPU and 1GB RAM. There is 8GB of native storage expandable via a microSD card. Photography needs are covered by a 5-MP rear camera and a 2-MP front-facing shooter. The rear camera has features such as HDR, panorama, face recognition, among others.

Among its connectivity features are dual-SIM 3G support and NFC-like HotKnot technology. The Pioneer P4S is 8.7 mm thick and packs a 1,800 mah battery. It will be sold first in the Indian market and will cost about $125.
