Doogee HomTom Powered By 6,250 mAh Battery

The Doogee brand is a relatively newcomer in the smartphone market but has continuously been making waves for launching smartphones equipped with incredibly large batteries. One of those is the HomTom, a phablet that boasts a 6,250 mAh battery unit, considering it is just 9.9 mm. This capacity is more than what other phablets or even tablets have in them.

The next logical question would be how long it would take to fully charge the device? The good news is that the HomTom comes with MediaTek's PumpExpress Plus fast charging technology, which charges the battery to 75% in just 30 minutes. This is pretty impressive. The Doogee HomTom packs a 5.5-inch display of a paltry 720p HD resolution and is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 SoC. It is also equipped with a Sony-made 13-MP rear camera and a 5-MP front-facing shooter. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Doogee's custom launcher on top. It will be available some time in September 2015.
