ZTE Nubia Z11 Max Challenges Xiaomi Mi Max

ZTE Nubia Z11 Max has just been launched in China and it is the second device from the Z11 series. It packs a large Gorilla Glass 3-protected 6-inch display of 1080p Full HD resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. In the camera department, it has a Sony-made16-MP rear shooter with an f/2.0 aperture, sapphire glass protection, and dual-tone, dual-LED flash. There's an 8-MP wide-angle selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture in front.

Connectivity-wise, the Zubia Z11 Max has all the basics, together with LTE and a fingerprint scanner at the back. A 4,000 mAh battery will keep its lights on. Sadly, the phablet still runs on the dated Android Lollipop with the Nubia UI 3.9.9 on top. To be available in silver, grey, and gold on June 16, 2016, the ZTE Nubia Z11 Max will retail for about $300. A special Cristiano Ronaldo Collector's Edition of the said device will cost $50 more. It's also very possible that this new Nubia phablet will go head-to-head against the recently launched Xiaomi Mi Max as their specs and pricing are very similar.
