Huawei has unveiled three new devices: the Honor 6X with dual cameras, the MediaPad 2, and the Honor Watch S1. The Honor 6X is made of metal and measures 150.9 mm x 72.6 mm x 8.2 mm and weighs 162 grams. It comes with a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display of 1080p Full HD resolution. It is powered by a home-brewed octa-core Kirin 655 SoC with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of expandable internal storage. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Emotion UI 4.1 on top. Imaging-wise, the Honor 6X sports two rear facing cameras (12-MP and 2-MP) with 6P lens, phase detection auto-focus, 1.25 micron pixels, and an LED flash. In front, there's a secondary 8-MP selfie shooter.

When it comes to connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, LTE with VoLTE, and a hybrid dual-SIM system are covered. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. A large 3,340 mAh battery with fast charging support will keep its lights on. The Honor 6X will come in gold, silver, gray, blue and rose gold color variants and pricing will start at $148. It will retail in China starting October 25, 2016.

Along with Honor 6X, the Huawei MediaPad 2 has also been announced. It is a tablet with an 8-inch IPS display of 1,920 x 1,200 display resolution. Ticking inside it is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chipset with 3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB of expandable internal storage. It runs Android Marshmallow with Emotion 4.I UI on top and a 4,800 mAh battery will keep its lights on. When it comes to photography, the MediaPad 2 has an 8-MP primary camera with LED flash and a 2-MP front-facing shooter. Available in gold and white paint jobs, the MediaPad 2 will retail starting at $149 for the Wi-Fi version and $222 for the LTE model. Together with the MediaPad 2, the Honor Watch S1 smartwatch has also been announced. Packing a circular display with dual, it weighs just 35 grams, is water resistant up to 50 meters, and supports replaceable watch bands. It also has a heart rate sensor and a pedometer, providing various tracking functions and notifications. Its battery life is said to last for up to 6 days and the watch will be available in black, blue and orange straps. It will retail for $103 in China starting October 25, 2016.
