Gionee A1 & A1 Plus Debut at MWC
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Gionee introduced two new smartphones (or phablets): the A1 and the A1 Plus. These new smartphones give emphasis on big batteries, better selfies, and better audio quality. Starting with the Gionee A1, which packs a 5.5-inch AMOLED display of 1080p Full HD resolution and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat with the Amigo OS on top. It sports a 13-MP main camera with an f/2.0 aperture, phase detection auto-focus, and LED flash. It also has a larger 16-MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. In terms of connectivity, it supports LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio, and dual-SIM support. It also has a fingerprint scanner on board. A large 4,010 mAh battery will keep its lights on. The Gionee A1 will come in three colors: Gray, Black, and Gold.
