BLU Energy XL Packs a 5,000 mAh Battery

The Android-running BLU Energy XL has just been announced. It comes with a 6-inch Super AMOLED display of 1080p Full HD resolution, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood is an octa-core MediaTek MTK6753 processor with 3GB RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. In the camera department, the Energy XL comes with a 13-MP rear shooter with LED flash and a 5-MP selfie snapper.

In terms of connectivity, the BLU Energy XL supports all common connectivity options, along with a USB Type-C port, which also supports quick charging. As its name implies, the Energy XL packs a humongous 5,000 mAh battery, good for up to 72 hours of battery life. A fingerprint scanner is also embedded under the home button. For all these, the BLU Energy XL will set you back $299 on Amazon.
