Microsoft Announces Nokia 216 Feature Phone

In India, Microsoft has announced a new feature phone called the Nokia 216. It is equipped with a 2.4-inch color LCD of 320 x 240 pixel resolution and runs the Series 30+ OS. It has 16MB RAM and a phonebook that can save up to 2,000 contacts. Its storage is expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. When it comes to photography, the Nokia 216 comes with a VGA-resolution rear camera with LED flash and another VGA-resolution front-facing camera with its own LED flash.

In terms of connectivity, the Nokia 216 supports 2G, Bluetooth 3.0, FM radio and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It comes with a removable 1,020 mAh battery, which can last more than any other smartphone in the market.
